I was checking through some articles on how to boost a YouTube channel's SEO and came across two things that I'm curious about:
I realize that engagements can increase a video's worth in the eyes of Google but I was under the assumption that commenting didn't pass any SEO juice back to your own page, or if it did it wasn't much. Did I miss something or am I simply not commenting enough (I have ~5,000 relevant comments in my channel's niche of video games).
- Commenting on other videos
- Commenting on other channel's discussion section
