You will probably get banned here soon anyway for bumping tons of old threads, especially with the same question over and over again.
There is a huge yellow "Post new thread" button in the top left corner in each sub-forum.

We have a thread in our BHW Newbie Guide section written by @Don't Panic that tell you how to create a thread.
He's not going to get banned for that unless he's doing it maliciously. Thread bumping is more of a forum etiquette thing rather than a hard rule, anyway (unless it's in the marketplace, definitely a hard rule there).
