Once you have this info, you are pretty much safe but there are a couple of more things too, one is the recovery email and the phone number which is attached to the google account. You need to change these two things as well and after that it is almost impossible for him to do anything in the future about this channel.

I don't think he as you are the primary owner and have access to everything. If you want to be deadly sure, just change the password, secret question and phone number.
