You have one helluva channel that's doing well you should just go on ahead and monetize that one either with AdSense or a MCN network. If it's not a copyrighted channel then go with AdSense if there is copyright content on there go with a MCN.

If you desperately need the cash right now and want to sell it then sell it for no less than $3,000. Your channel is worth a lot of money but it might be worth more than $3,000 but maybe you can meet it with someone in the middle and sell it for $1,500 to $3,000. If they won't pay that amount then keep it for yourself and start monetizing it immediately.

Right it's hard to say with a youtube account that does not have adsense enabled. Because in effect people just could clone your vids and get the same results. Are you doing any monetization at all with these vids? I.e create a niche site send your visitors to it etc? It seems these guys want to buy your account because it's aged and is getting traffic. They will just past there links in the description and hope to catch a few people out. Because if your not doing it id sure as hell do that same at them numbers anyways.

I am assuming since adsense is not enabled then these vids can't be monetized hence the large amount of views in a short amount of time right? If I was you I would not sell id invest $20 or so in a site get the name right and put content on your site. Monetize from that. ads, cpa, mobile downloads etc.

I agree with the other replies to not sell your YT channel. People are struggling to get subs like that nowadays, so it is better to continue them about the adsense try to use your siblings/parents/relatives name and pay them when you're already cashing out.

To sell or not to sell, that's the Q..

First; try to monetize that content into stable $-flow.. (ads, sponsored links)
If that works out well, multiply your concept and have your MSI's in place.
