YOUTUBE CHANNEL MONETISATION DISABLED - will pay to solve the problem

i have seen other channel have there ads enabled again but yet to figure out how

my monetization has been disabled for the following -

• Monetization on this account has been disabled due to repeated submission of ineligible videos and/or insufficient documentation.

i have been back and forth with creator support on how to fix this problem but keep getting the same answer -

In recent months, we've noticed a growing trend around content on YouTube that attempts to pass as family-friendly, but is clearly not. While some of these videos may be suitable for adults, others are completely unacceptable so we are working to remove them from YouTube.

We are taking aggressive actions to ensure a safe experience for users. As a result, when we find channels that are in violation of the https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/1311392, we will be demonetizing the entire channel. This includes channels that we believe are masquerading as family content or channels that are using https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2801973to target young viewers.

We are also taking additional steps to protect minors and creators -- a responsibility we take very seriously. Because of this, channels that could potentially put the privacy of minors at risk could be demonetized.

What sort of content were you uploading?
I would say near impossible to appeal. There was a big crackdown due to Elsagate, advertisers complained a lot.
