The main bot I've used over the past year is TubeBlasterPro. Add 600-1000 friends daily with a good delay feature, & can be good for messaging too + my accounts have been perfectly fine. However it no longer has auto captcha, so the commenting feature is pretty nul for me.

How do you want it to gather usernames - by keywords you tell it to look for, the most popular vids of the day or something else?

gather users who are subscribed to a certain person or posted a channel commented on a certain persons channel.

Yes, all the bot needs to do is go on the channels i give it, gather the users who commented and comment on their channels.
