The main bot I've used over the past year is TubeBlasterPro. Add 600-1000 friends daily with a good delay feature, & can be good for messaging too + my accounts have been perfectly fine. However it no longer has auto captcha, so the commenting feature is pretty nul for me.

Yes, all the bot needs to do is go on the channels i give it, gather the users who commented and comment on their channels.
