YouTube banning channels

I made a youtube channel featuring a woman doing art. The thing is, she was showing her legs, clothed, but the weirdos at youtube didn't like it and removed my channel.

I tried making another channel, new email, new woman, not even showing her body just her hands and face. And those mfs deleted the channel because of circumvention.

So what do I do now. New email, new videos, new artist, new verification number, etc wasn't enough. Do I also need a new ip?
Logout from all devices and then login from one place

As a businessman there will come a point where you will say "FUCK YOUTUBE" and "FUCK ALL THE REST OF THEM."

The reason is sooner or later you're going to be screwed over by google, facebook, etc.. etc... etc.... And there is not a mother fucking thing that you can do about it.

In the long term, you're better off dealing with the numerous smaller platforms than you are with the giant ones.
I really have no issues with that attitude for most of my endeavours, but this time I wanted to make a normal youtube channel, no clickbait, no affiliate stuff, entirely white hat. In part because of a passion project and also potential monetization. Not a quick cash grab. So, many content creators on youtube have their channels for years, build loyal audiences and whatnot, and I wanted to replicate that.

In never got this issues with the shittiest, spammiest, cheapest looking cash cows on youtube and now that I play by the rules I get ass fucked.

from a perspective is good that you got ban, even its sound weird, but you know for sure that something is wrong,
the sad part is, that sometimes youtube make shadowban, and you are wasting time on a channel which wouldn't be shown to public, but you can add content to it, edit and so on...
I can deal with bans and shadowbans and any evil you throw my way, if I know how it works, so I can deal with it, but if it's irrational and poolrly justified, how do I fight that.

That circumvention is a nice term which includes almost everything.

As others have suggested, I would try to either get a completely new device with a new Data SIM card, and post only from that OR if you must be on a dedicated ISP, you can try anti detect browser with a proxy.
I'm thinking about doing that, buying a new phone, new sim, never wifi and so on.

That's happen to me (us).
It's the main reason that I (we) stopped uploading to youtube. Instead we swtiched to platforms like Rumble, Bitchute, Dailymotion, Veoh and Playeur
I'll give them a go, but my issue is that this time I wanted to make something legit on youtube. And for something legit and actually wanting to build an audience, I reckon youtube is the best.

I don't get it? Are you in a country with super strict backwards anti-women laws like Iran or something?

Is this a real woman, or AI generated, or why on earth would you think that's the cause of your channel being banned? Did they send you a message stating that specifically?

There's tons of popular channels with women working out in skimpy clothes.
I'm as lost as you. Real women, I know them personally, content is personalized for me. I live in a very liberal country. The message first said, for the 1st banned channel, sexual content despite it wasn't. Then for the 2nd channel, circumvention, even though I got the videos from a 2nd woman, not even showing conflicting parts. The first girl was showing her legs, as a collateral of doing something, not as a sexualizing video, but she has a big butt, so maybe that was too much for youtube.

That has been exactly my point when appealing, it's not even explicit, compared to videos that are even monetized, of girls in the smallest bikinis.

Using bad proxy is one reason why your account banned.
I haven't used proxies, I was trying to make a legit, white hat channel.

We ran a legit channel that played by the rules.
The turning point was we posted a video about the "Internet Black List Database" which is share by meta, google, discord, reddit, etc..

We posted it around 10am and by 9pm we had 20k views. The next day we had *5* views.... Yes 5 lousy views.
The channel took a nose dive and our subscribers started to disappear and views were shit.

We tried a 2nd time and then they outright banned the channel with the excuse that "sex content" and "hate speech" wasn't allowed. .... Only, there was ZERO sex content and ZERO hate speech.

This is the fucking game these platforms play. It's literally that you have to kiss their asses and hope that they like you.

That sucks dude. Sorry to hear that about your channel.

As much as I think it's disgusting to do that, I can see how a shady corp could see like you're exposing them or something, but in my case it was literally visual art. Nothing conflicting, no political subjects, no ass kissing to youtube but also not a word talking shit about them. The most neutral, harmless, artistic channel you can think of.

It just takes 1 asshole to decide that they don't like what you're doing and then all your hard work means jack shit.

With corporations like google... There's not even someone to complain to. They'll literally tell you to lawyer up.

First give some time to learn about what is allowed and what is not. Watch some videos on that.

It's not like I'm making unclear content that could be borderline explicit, it couldn't be further from that niche.

i got same thing before removed fro circumvention but i'ts because i used the same account after first channel got deleted!

but you're saying you used a different email and got removed for circumvention??
also have you got removed for circumvention on same account in the past or no?

thanks for sharing... please answer my questions and good luck

EDIT: also did you use the new email on different browser or same one? and have you removed all cookies for example or no?... i need these details bro thank you very much...

I used a different email, different verification number, different woman, just same browser/ip. No, never got a channel removed for circumvention.

What I've been thinking of doing is using an old youtube channel I have, that I had videos on a different niche. It has like 200 subscribers and it hasn't shared browser with the deleted ones, just ip. Would it be risky to use that one? the benefit is has, besides the existing subscribers, is that it was created with a different ip, years ago.

Thank you as well.

Edit: if I use a different browser and ip, should I also get a new woman for the videos? does the algo detect the same person? I already have the videos of the 2nd woman, just uploaded one and the channel got removed for circumvention. I could use the same video or is that video fucked as well?

If AI can make videos then it can read who's in the video.
I would assume that they can detect the same person.

those are good questoins i don't know you have to make dicisions besed on how much risk/reward you're willing to make it's a gamble... but if you're going for the long term then you need new computer/virtual machine and new adsense etc....

this happened to me before twice on 2 different accounts but the first time i didn't even know wht circumvention is so i just keep uploading to same email new channels and got deleted for circumvention, this happend on same account tho!.

but the reason i'm even interested and doubtful of your situation is that even after you used different google account and different number and got removed for circumvention.... that's what i'm struglling to believe

so if that is true and you didn't make that small detail up, which means that youtube is willing to go that far just to delete you again for cirumvension then we are fucked and if i had money i'd buy new adsense and buy new pc and be a different user entirely

I've explained it like it is, man. No reason to be doubtful, there's no benefit for me to lie about this, as I need solutions.

Why a new adsense account would be needed?

well new adsense would be needed if it was linked to your older channel i assume or if you opend it on same ip.... as you can see if they're banning on the ip level and even network you're using and so on then an entirely new identity is needed but i'm not sure...

i'm not saying your lying to benifit but sometimes we do exaggirate our problems... also it's the first time i hear someone removed for circumvention even after they used a new google account... so if that is true then like i said before we are fuked and i'm fucked too because i got removed for circumvention twice before and i'm still using (not same account) but same ip and same adsense but for the mean time i don't have any essue since i thought they won't go as far as to ban the whole ip adress....

i made thread asking this here https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/d...ven-after-you-used-a-different-gmail.1592890/

I got an email recently from Youtube that said my channel has been permanently deleted. It didn't give a reason why. I think it said it also means I can't create any other Youtube channels.

The channel only had 1 video on it that was a review of a health product that is good quality. There was nothing against the tos.

But there are lots of channels on Youtube such as Smart Money Tactics, etc.. that are full of paid comments and likes and low quality content that teaches people to break copyright law, etc.. but nothing is done about them.

Hi Orozuz, have you checked other similar channels like - @MimimooIllustration, @JaneBeata, @movejulie, @valerielin, etc.?

Look at them and try to simulate what they are doing.

Something tells me you are trying to sexualize too much, but I might be wrong.

Tell us what types of videos you put out, that would help to figure out what causes the bans.
Good point!

Use a new device also this time.

Yeah YT is a big one (with over 2.7 billion active users) but as @blackbeans mentioned, it's cracking down, might be a good idea to try other platforms (you might upload the same vids to all of them) like:
  1. Vimeo: Around 240 million monthly users
  2. Rumble: 78 million monthly active users
  3. Odysee: Approximately 20 million monthly users
  4. BitChute: About 10 million monthly users
  5. DTube: Around 2 million monthly users
