i create a new site, and plan to create many youtube videos linking to the site. i am wondering should i use different youtube accounts or just put all the videos in 1 account? i would guess different accounts give me more backlink credit?

I would use different accounts but not for the backlink benefit; should one or several get deleted you will still have your videos up under other accounts.

Different accounts of course. However, YouTube links are nofollow so don't expect them to boost your rankings.

If you know the way to get your video on top of youtube search results then it would be great addition & would drive quality visitors to your website

You should use multiple youtube accounts ofcourse, and also try to drive some traffic from your videos to your site.
