Youtube automation journey => $2K a month

Which network are u using?
I made a similar journey before, but my videos got a lot of copyright warnings

Great approach! Automating content creation and monetization like this allows you to scale quickly without much manual effort, but make sure to monitor engagement for better CTR and conversions.

Wow, this is really impressive! I love how you’ve built a fully automated YouTube → affiliate pipeline especially using clever tools like N8N and FFmpeg. The consistency in posting, the smart automation setup, and documenting the journey openly make this super inspiring. Can’t wait to see how you scale this and hit higher goals!

All the best for the journey.

1. What is the age of your YouTube channel?
2. What will happen if monetize with AdSense?

That how much the channel made. Thats disappointing so far but not losing hope.

I have posted in the last 30 days but still getting leftover views.

Next goal is to program maybe 60 videos and forget about it. Thats about 3 hours of work i would say.

All the best for the journey.

Hey guys,

I just wanted to share with you a new journey I recently started. I’m experimenting with YouTube automation and affiliate marketing, and I thought it might be useful to document the process here.

The Concept

  • I’m running faceless YouTube channels with compilation-style videos.
  • My niche: TikTok compilations (fast content, low effort, decent viral potential).
  • Monetization: Not AdSense(obvious reasons). Instead:
    • I registered a short, simple domain: oneword.pm
    • I burn this domain directly into the videos as a call-to-action → redirects to my affiliate page.

Setup & Automation

Initially, I was doing everything manually. After proving the concept, I decided to automate:
  1. Video Collection
    • Using a Stream Deck, I can grab videos with one click when I'm on tiktok on desktop.
    • The buttons sends the current page → webhook → N8N workflow. 8 buttons, 8 different categories.
    • N8N Workflow: API then downloads the video, store it, put everthing with a tag in a table
  2. Compilation
    • N8N checks if I’ve collected enough clips.
    • If yes → it triggers FFmpeg on my server.
    • FFmpeg stitches clips together + randomly burns my domain text inside the video.
  3. Publishing
    • Final compilation is uploaded automatically to YouTube.
    • I schedule 1 video/day.
    • Goal: build momentum, grow subscribers, and generate steady clicks.

Current Stats

  • Videos posted: ~25 (+ 10 scheduled)
  • Early performance: 20k+ views/video
  • Subscribers : 1800+
  • Current performance: ~5k views/video (likely due to automation / API limitations)
  • Affiliate setup: 3 providers
  • Conversions so far: 3
  • Earnings so far: ~$10

Goals

✅ Build a fully automated YT → Affiliate pipeline
✅ Consistently schedule videos (sit & forget)
➡️ Scale content to 2 weeks of scheduled videos every 15 days
➡️ Increase CTR & conversions on affiliate offers
➡️ Push monthly revenue beyond $100 → $500 → $1k+

Closing

That’s the journey so far!

Feel free to ask me any questions — I’ll try to post regular updates with results and improvements.
Wow, interesting article. I also earned $200 on similar videos, but spent about $300. That was before AI came along and started generating everything... back then, we had to use crutches... We took pictures of stone figures, came up with a story, picked out music, and most importantly, a clickable photo, and that was it.

But our channels got banned.

My one is doing same. I actually using ffmpeg in vps to stitched the videos and its working great. I have a full workflow.

Good luck with this bro, I respect your setup. Do you never face unoriginal strikes on YouTube for TikTok video reuse?

Thanks!

So far no strike !

Glad to hear it, I think you'll be okay. You could always add some narration over it in order to show YouTube it's not automated, and has some context included. I just sent you a DM about this, message me back as my idea might be pretty good.

Did you apply to AdSense and they didn’t let you in, or did you decide beforehand not to apply and go the other way?

This is not possible I have 0 original content.
