We are looking for someone to set up and manage automated comments on YouTube for our project. We will provide a list of 10 channels. Every time those channels post a video, we need comments posted discussing the benefits of our project. This work will be ongoing, paid on a weekly basis. The target channels post 1 video per day. We require 15 comments per video. The comments shall be from 15 different accounts. This is a total of 150 comments per day. This should be an automated system and we will provide a list of comments to be used and which should be randomly selected.

Why don't you use commentions.com? It's by far cheaper, automated, and it can promote your brand smartly in comment
