YouTube Affiliate Program

hi, would like to know if there're any affiliate program from YouTube, what i mean is referring a youtube link (e.g. posting a youtube video on my site for traffic), instead of creating videos by myself, because so far what i understand from their Partner Program is to create original contents/Videos, which is for creators only, not referrers.
