Have to be smart about what you use. Ass dancing chicks, for example, always get views and are a dime a dozen, getting a DMCA on one of these is really not a concern. I edit it a bit and put an original beat I make in Renoise under it, throw an ad on it, give it some some views and likes and let it take off!

Like I said earlier, you ARE NOT going to get rich doing this, but it is easy money once you get it rolling. YT will start to "auto" approve your monetization after a few uploads with no issues, then your home free.

Just be smart about what you use and give the videos that initial boost. YT with an intere$t in the ads will do the rest.

Am i allowed to use Ass dancing chicks and adsense ? And this girls use copyrighted songs when they dance how to avoid copyright infrigment ?
 
Well one of my videos just got removed for copyright infringement, looks like i'll have to create a new account...
 
guys don't do this -.- I uploaded about 50 videos ( 8 videos daily) and I got a copyright infringement notice saying if i get one more copyright infringement, my account will get banned. but I just ignored this and kept uploading popular homemade videos. As the OP mentioned, no news or music in it. Just pure homemade popular viral video.

One of my videos got 20k views and today i got another copyright infringement. And now the account is disabled!!! WTF!!!!!! All my hardwork is gone -.-


Google is not stupid guys. Wake up.. Even if you think you are making money from the monetization, at the payment day, you won't get anything and you will get banned from adsense eventually..

I am thinking about creating a new youtube account and do it in a legit way. I am gonna make my original video since i am a majoring in film making and graphic design..
 
and here is the warning that i got from youtube before i got banned


"This is the second copyright strike against your account. A single additional claim against your account will result in the termination of your account. To avoid this, delete any videos to which you do not own the rights, and refrain from uploading additional videos that infringe on the copyrights of others."
 
Gee, am i really the only one doing it right? I'm almost nearing 1 million views.
Most of what i read here is people who want to make cash quickly. Use your brains, think about what could be banned. Research your videos before you upload them etc etc.
 
how come i uploaded homemade videos but i got banned D:?

I got total 3 copyright strikes and boom. Account suspended
 
Two strikes here, one to go. No clue, it only had 800 views :s
Expecting last strike soon at this rate :)

Have to do research better, but I have no clue how to do so as to now.
 
Uploaded a video earlier. Two girls dancing away not even a day yet and 1.1k views :)

I have used ass dancers. 2 of my vids with ads are age restricted.

Like I said, I replace the audio on my reuses.
 
Still, I find it quite hard to see what will be reported for DMCA and what won't.. I had 2 25k vidoes which are just fine, and then there's a 57k vid (which makes sense) and a 0.7k (?) views video reported. It was a shitty vid anyhows. But what strikes me is that it still got found and reported.
 
to people that said that you wont be able to do monetization with adsense if you get a copywrite strike - ITS BULLSHIT
yesterday i received a strike, today i got the invite to monetize my videos
all i have is 1 video with 5k views and a bunch of videos with less than 100-500 views
now i will just have to find a good video, and make some money :)
 
When you're on the My Videos page on youtube, look for the green bar that states Congratulations! you're now blabla.

Click on More info, scroll down a bit till you find the When will i get paid question and read the answer.

How did you manage to get away from copyright strike when you have almost 1 million view D:?

Like could you gimme an example?

Lets say an original video's title was "Two guys get hit by police for protesting"

What Title and tag would you use to not get copyright strike?
 
You do realize that using other people's stuff to make money is illegal, right? Not only are you not contributing anything, but you're putting yourself in danger. Another bad method.
