Youtube adsense problem ?

I have an you tube account with some videos. I enabled monitization option with in the channel and I received above message but i have not received any approval and declined email in months.
how should i get my account approved ?

Are you sure your tube account is not connected with another email? Happened to me before, I felt stupid afterwards lol. If not, maybe you could apply for adsense with the main email. Worth a shot.

To be selected for Monetization you need to consistently interact with your visitors and post videos almost weekly. Once your account is approved, you can use it for multiple Youtube accounts. At least thats how it works for me. I waited months and months, then one day it just happened! Mysterious Google.
