I wouldn't bet on there being any good solution for Chrome. They rolled out their ManifestV3 this year and it renders ad blockers pretty useless, since ad blockers aren't able to run enough blocking rules anymore.

Try ublock origin, but it probably won't be as effective as it needs to be.

As an advertisement company Google is too invested in anti-ad blocking, the only good move is to migrate to Firefox.
