Wow awesome thread
Tons of cool plugins I gotta check out. I'm surprised Easy Privacy Policy is gone. It was SO useful and easy to use.
I use a lot of the same ones mentioned like Platinum SEO, Google XML Sitemap, Dagon Sitemap, etc. Here are a few that weren't mentioned:
1.
One Click Plugin Updater - surprised nobody mentioned this. This is the first plugin I install for each new site. Saves me so much time from updating each individual plugin.
2.
Clean Contact - I used to use Contact Form 7 until I realized I didn't need something so fancy, so I installed this plugin. Works the same.
3.
Maxblogpress Ping Optimizer - I've used this one for a while. Only annoying thing is you have to register your email before using, but it's no biggie. You can set how often you want to ping, and enter a ping list.
4.
WP Link Engine - I paid for this when it came out, well worth the money. Even though it's no longer supported, it still works and hyperlinks keywords, and redirects.
5.
Wordpress Backup to Dropbox - I discovered this the other day. Haven't had time to test it out yet, but it should do what it's supposed to do - upload your blog files and DB to dropbox. Great if you're a dropbox user.
No more StatPress for me, though. I didn't like how it was increasing my DB size like crazy. I've moved onto Clicky, and couldn't be happier (that and it's real-time).
