We are looking for someone with stripe(little aged would be a plus) or any payment processor. We run a ecommerce store and our business is white hat.

You can make some decent monthly income for long term by renting your stripe or payment processor account.

Check out Stripe Atlas, a service directly offered by Stripe for people to be able to form an LLC in the US and they allow you to use Stripe with it.

Try to form a LLC. I am also from India and was able to open a LLC in 2-3 days + 4 weeks for EIN. Process is super simple as well and there are providers like Doola or Stripe Atlas that can help you get this done asap.

No point in renting someone else’s Stripe or Paypal and then getting taxed for a few hundred dollars in commissions. Isn't it?

Also its risky business as if there are chargebacks etc Stripe will hold all the money hostage and it will add a lot of hassles for you as well as the partner you are renting the stripe or paypal from!
 
I have alternatives but I need to know what is it that you are doing.

careful guys - did a 'jv' with him and he never shipped the products to the customers - messaged BTB about him in the meantime if anyone is thinking of jving with him stay away wanted to post this so no one else loses money
