if you're making a considerable amount, try forming an LLC company in the US or an LTD in the UK so you can use Stripe from wherever you are.

Check out Stripe Atlas, a service directly offered by Stripe for people to be able to form an LLC in the US and they allow you to use Stripe with it.

Try to form a LLC. I am also from India and was able to open a LLC in 2-3 days + 4 weeks for EIN. Process is super simple as well and there are providers like Doola or Stripe Atlas that can help you get this done asap.

No point in renting someone else’s Stripe or Paypal and then getting taxed for a few hundred dollars in commissions. Isn't it?

Also its risky business as if there are chargebacks etc Stripe will hold all the money hostage and it will add a lot of hassles for you as well as the partner you are renting the stripe or paypal from!
