Hi, what do you do when you get this action for following:

Your request is pending - Some accounts prefer to manually review followers even when they're public. Let us know if you think we made a mistake.

I am using 4g proxies
actions are really low
i am doing random stuff too

accounts rested for a month, put them back to following and they still have this flag. Does this pretty much mean the account is dead?

Thats correct you have not metioned the social media you were talking about, unless i missed it somewhere

but yes, i noticed you posted it in instagram - always worth clarifying it

The subforum clarified it and him mentioning the platform would be better but totally unnecessary.
 
maybe the device you are using is flaged, try to factory reset it if you are using a phone, also check this from instagram, your account got instant flagged so warm up you did not work or maybe is the device or a new account restrictions to send friend request.

ip changed and rotated, I have used these accounts on automation software in the past yes
