Mod actions should stay anonymous as they're representing an entity and not as a person. Other staff and mods can see which mod did what action.

It is not something a user should know. Especially since some among you may want to get story like @Festinger and that would only increase the amount of PM's the moderators are getting and will only result in more negativity overall. (Mod abuse)

Most active moderators are moderating for FREE. They are not getting paid or expect anything in return. So enabling users to see who banned or deleted your comment is not going to happen.

Spam comments are not acceptable on BHW.
Neither is mod abuse @Festinger final warning.
