I’m looking for a joint venture partner who already has a lead source, service, or offer. Whether it’s in real estate, local services, insurance, legal, e-commerce, or any niche..

It sure is.

It's a good place to start... Bird dogging, wholesale real estate, then advance to do long term rentals or short term rentals ... Then rehab or transactional lending & private lending. Or develop and build your own stuff.

I should have started this journey 10 years ago.

But better late than never.

I’m n the best cold caller/ closer, can u get deals by text blasting people?

Yes you can.... Or by sending post cards, or by cold calling, or by driving for dollars, or by running FB ads, or by Craigslist, or by YouTube, SEO or by going to your local government and pulling lists, live streaming on TikTok/fb/YouTube/Instagram or by pulling lists from dealfinder or propstream . There's dozens of ways you can get leads and close em.

But yeah sms happens to work too. I use sms, coz I'm worried about my accent and coz I don't enjoy being on the phone with ppl in general.

I'd probably get more deals if I was willing to jump on a call with ppl.

Maybe we can work something out we can text people and when people are ready to talk on the phone I can talk to them but u have to teach me what to say to close them, I’m American.
