I just got this message from Instagram today "your account is using a bot and if you get caught again it will be shut down" I was using a bot for a long time and it was okay but recently I just start using SMMP services to boost the engagement on this account is it the real reason for this message? Or Instagram just make another update

That was a direct quote from what they said? Did they email you? Did they follow it up with asking for money? That doesn't sound like it's from Instagram...

Thats kinda weird, why would they want to advice people against banning them instead of shadow banning them

Post a screenshot please, usually Instagram would shadowban you in this case automatically or just straight up ban your account

usually you receive this one not because of automation but for buying fake likes/followers, or login in on some shady android apps or website that offer followers and likes for collecting points or buying points.

use a simple automation software or hire a mother child method service, it depends on your budget and how fast you want your account to grow.

for me is my Main account kinda easily get Block for likes.
One thing I noticed also auto like others , kinda like my account been hack , auto follow others which I don't even know

whereas other two account so far ok but main one kinda weird...

note I never use bot

I think you give permission to some third party Instagram Apps to access your account
Just search this topic on Google: How to Remove Apps Connected to Your Instagram Account
and you gonna find the Solution

The few accounts I have got banned didn't had a previous warning. They just banned them.
But I read IG was going after SMM services, which I never use, so that must be your problem.
