If I understand this correctly, we will send traffic to offers and basically make money for you. Then you will give us 50%?

How you will contribute to JV other than just sit and watch how we make money for you?

Anyone with high quality traffic source will not be interested in such JV.

I am sure anyone would agree with me. I know there are countries which are restricted from joining the networks but you haven't even mentioned the share when the heavy lifting is done by the traffic guy.
