Astra Pro and Generate Press are great for speed. But they need page builders for customization. If you are just launching a site with shared hosting, then they are best choice for speed.
If you have good hosting with considerable speed, then astra or hello theme with Elementor page builder is a better choice. Never pickup multi purpose themes. They are not good for anyone. Most of them are loaded with features that you don't need or never use.
