I play in the affiliate store game, so my favorite is rehub with it' child theme

Put yourself in his shoe. If he asked this kind of I doubt it he can code and even If he can code will it worth his time?. Anyway how many developers on here can make a better theme compared to the best selling themes on themeforest like Newspapers, Flatsome?.

personally, I like zemez, and jet plugins, because of versilities, but they are not plugin and play but the ability to customize is amazing

motors is also pretty good, for car related stuff, but the page builder is uses is not as good as elementor

Avada - multi purpose theme, fine whit every site. Much easier to use one theme for all sites instead of buying and learning a new every time
