A "Backlinks Exchange Network" sounds very much like all those easy to spot and trace backlink networks that Google loved to 'take down' back in the day. I suspect it's easy to get flagged.

Yeah, this is a 2012 service at best.
 
That wouldn't be much different from starting a messy public blog network.

Spend your time more wisely...
 
what I usually do to check certain methods.
1. buy a domain and create some content site (very easy with revised AI content).
2. use the certain methods and check how they affect raking over time

Over 99% of the time, most "risky" warnings turn out to be overrated.

The only times I got hit from backlinks was when I set the first backlinks to a new website from very high reputable sites that are selling links.
lost the money, and the site. now I use these links after the site already has a substantial number of "cheap" links.
 
i joust bought the LTD (expiring in a few hours) i will try with a couple of new sites and comment later on my experience
 
i just installed on my WordPress site (1/23/2023)
interesting approach to get backlinks, seems logic (important to me)
now i will wait a couple of weeks to se any improvement to keep anyone interested informed
