Your adsense setting? Fix or Respon, Auto or not?

Good day dear fellows!

I am asking this because its a bit confusing, many people said different things about adsense auto ads or manually add units.

Also, regard the "Fixed" type and "Responsive" which one do your prefer after the experiment?

And how many ads you put nowadays? Consider google now allow unlimited number within one page.

You'll see good earnings if you follow the below:

1. Manually add the ad units
2. Fixed ad sizes
3. 3 ads per page
4. Only 1 ad above the fold

Question is, this is old formula, and now adsense havs Auto ads, have u tested the results?

Thanks for share, that blog is famous I remembered read about it regard adsense things.

Another problem now is, except auto ads, adsense now have responsive ads, so how about try to use responsive ads instead of the fixed ones?

Also, adsense auto ads some people claim they have better earnings, I think I'd give it a try, though I followed the old school 320x200 tricks for a very long time.

After using manual ads for 3 months, I tried auto ads for 3 months. The earnings were low by 30% for using auto ads. So, again I switched to manual ads (fixed size). I'm happy with the results.

Thank you very much for your value test data, so I'd stick with the old habits. I am pissed about Adsense auto ads are not good enough after years, shame on them lol.

3 ads per page is recommended. You can add another ad of any size you wish in the middle of the post. Test the ad size often whether you're getting clicks for the ad between post content.

Responsive will always (99%) get you better RPMs.
Think about it, it give your ad slot more competition, more people can bid on that spot, therefore, you get more money
