YouNow Bot Request

I need someone to create a bot for the popular live-streaming website YouNow (google it) .The technology of YouNow is very similar to Twitch - 1 IP address = 1 viewer in real time. The bot should be be able to use at least 700 proxies at the same time, thus adding at least 700 viewers to my stream. The bot should include one input box where I put the URL of my stream in. It must have a button with which I can load my proxies in. It must have a slide bar where I enter how many viewers I want added to my YouNow stream and it should have a "Start" button.
