You need to install Microsoft Visual C++ Libraries 2008 SP1 first to make it works.

Just search by google and you will found the link or just go to the first page of this thread you will get the direct link to download the required files to make it works.

same problem here. windows 8 pro WMC.

but then downgrade back to windows 7 ultimate just for the sake of this bot.

works fine on windows 7.
