Well, without any petty introductions, the niche is Making an application (or website) that displays lessons and exams for high school students.
I don't know how to sum it up in one word
If you are from a tier 1 country, this is not a Low-competition niche for u, but for people who are living in a tier 3 country (like me), this is a GOLDMINE for them.
My app stats in just the first 10 days!!

traffic source is only from Facebook groups that talk in the same industry
Any income? app has no ads or premium plans, but I got 5$ from some donations.

Programming. I developed this app with JAVA language and Android studio, but you don't need high programming skills to make this app.

You can build a responsive wordpress website and convert it to an webview app or even a PWA.
 
Nice approach, congrats! Three is always a way to into a competitive market.

Also, to get this kind of information might take quite a bit of elbow grease and physical labor.

Still, like you said, if you are in a developing country or a tier three country, this may be cost-effective.

In a tier one country, this is just so granular and there's just so many data points that it's probably not worth doing.
