You have to be kidding me...most of my niche sites deindexed, $300/day lost

Well I definitely didn't see this coming. My niche sites were making me anywhere from $200 - $300 per day from a combination of Adsense and CPA. I go to check my Adsense earnings just now expecting to see around $200 or so, and I see $24. Then I go into my CPA account and see I made $6 for yesterday. WTF?!?

Sure enough, all of my sites that were producing the income have been deindexed. I'm beyond fuckin pissed right now...

I don't understand it either. I don't think I was getting carried away with the links at all, and I started adding a steady stream of unique content to each of them. That's what Google supposedly wants right?

Another thing that's weird is they seemed to only deindex my sites that were making the most money. All the low earning niche sites in my Adsense account weren't even touched. Does Google just get to a point and say "these sites are making too much money, let's get rid of em"? I'm sure that's not the case but it sure as fuck feels like it.

Anyone else experience this?

You sure they got deindexed? Go to Google.com and type in

site:site.com and check if there are any results of your site....

I didn't think the content was "low quality" really. The English was decent, provided some useful info, etc.

I use about 6-8 tags for each post which is what I've always done. That's not too much is it?

I've done some linkbuilding, but I haven't done anything crazy like blasted 10,000 blog comments to each site. I've been doing the same linkbuilding I have always done and it's always worked for me.

Yeah I don't know what to say either. I thought square 1 was looong behind me. Figures those fucks over at Google would wipe my income out overnight....

One thing they can't take from me is what I've learned though. Now I guess it's time to rebuild.

using too man tags like these below can be bad for the site:
make money online fast
make money online quick
make money online from home etc,.

Were you using something along those lines? just stuffing the tags with one main keyword phrase.

Another problem with using too many tags is that you might end up with tag pages that have shallow content. too many shallow pages can kill an entire site.

Sure, I guess it doesn't matter now.

I actually sold this site here about a month ago, but it got deindexed as well: hxxp://strideritecoupons.org/ (replace the xx with tt)

Most of my sites that were deindexed were similar to that one, just targeting different keywords. I think that site is useful to visitors. It provides coupons for the store they are looking for. Isn't that what a visitor wants?

There's also more articles than what you see on the first page. I just have that post stickied to the front so it's always there with the coupons for the visitors to see.

That's not good to hear. Ya this is something I am always afraid of as well. I had a similar thing happen to me about 2 years ago where in 1 day I had 5 of my best earners up to that point get deindexed on the same day. To this day I still have not figured out what went wrong.

Yeah man this fuckin blows. A passive 6 figure income a year down to nothing in a matter of a day. I don't even know what to say right now.

How many of your sites got hit? I assume you were using the same theme on all of them? How much were you making with top earning site?

Haven't checked them all yet, I only know that all my top earners got hit, so I don't have an exact number.

I was using the same theme yeah, but each one was customized a bit so they didn't all look the same.

But if they deindexed him it's more a quality issue and not earning issue no? If it was the earnings issue the Adsense police would have banned his Adsense account instead.
