What do you mean by "you are deleting my post". Who is deleting your post? You can not post anywhere there are rules. Please read rules first.

What are you trying to promote?

What a nice welcome, usually I say to new users to enjoy, learn & share, in that case I`ll recommend you to read the rules, than enjoy :)

do u believe the introduction section - is the right place for where did my post go?

Funny, I never read the rules either and yet I'm still here.

It's using common sense.

Here, for you:

I am trying to promote a partnership with someone good with it and for adult

Why have you ignored my alert and my post in this thread about reading the rules in that section?

and you think everyone is gonna jump into that? This is not a gig posting site, but a forum. Introduce yourself. Take part in discussions. Be social (or antisocial, like me). Become a familiar face and do what you need to ( given that you follow the rules).

Mate, do as sugested by other experienced members and read the forum rules. You need certain privileges to do what you want to do. LOL

by the way..I guess nobody welcomed you to the family yet so..Welcome to BHW :)

Obviously OP is having a hard time navigating and deciphering the complex rule system we have here so here's a snippet with a massive hint:

Requirements to post within the JV section are 50 posts and 30 days on the forum minimum.
