I use Web*Comp Analysis (can be found on this board) and it checks "site links" - i.e. backlinks to the entire site, however it says "pulling yahoo site explorer data" but some of my sites show up with 1400 backlinks, but when that exact domain is put into web#comp analysis, it comes back with 119 backlinks? Why is this? And how can you get an accurate number?
