man, not trying to defend nobody, but their support is great, whenever i have a doubt i call the guy in MSN and he helps me in the spot, even when i have some really noobish questions.

Their support BLOWS.....for nearly 1 MONTH I hear...no refunds until I can take a look...I installed teamviewer 2 weeks back..emailed and IMed him TONS of times, even left the PC on for 3 weeks for him to look...no response....I'm about to start a massive campaign warning people against this product....I sent him one last warning to refund my $$$...sick of this CRAP after 1 month........

i don't undestand why it's not posting answers man, i was afraid with the last computer i bought, because it was 64bit and even still it's working flawlessly. just updated today the account registration module and everything. are you sure your proxy settings are correct? the only problem i faced was when using proxies. even if i told the program to reset IE proxy settings after using a proxy it left the Automatically detect settings box unchecked and IE couldn't connect and it wouldn't post because i'm behind a router.

This was the only problem i faced and i solved it myself in 5 minutes. Just gave the guy a heads up about it. Probably it still does the same thing anyway



As for the massive campaign you talk... well, you can spend your time as you like. But i DO UNDERSTAND the guy. You CAN test the FREE version before jumping on the professional. That's what i did. I used the FREE for more than one month daily and after seeing it served my purpose i spent the money. If it was me i wouldn't refund you just like that also. After all you can try the free version and if it works for you, then you buy. But i guess people that purchase tools by impulse are doomed to ask for refunds and have problems with it.

Why dont you list exactly what you are doing here in as much detail as possible and lets see if we can find an answer. Mine is working fine everyday so maybe its just some small error.

That would be too difficult for him to do... trash mouthing and starting "massive campaigns" to alert people about such a bad service it's the easiest way out...
