Y-Tube Video Classification Question

Hello guys! I’ve got a question about Youtube videos classification.

If a topic is non-directly (as i think) in finance niche, but in the whole video the main component is around money, would this video be classified like finance with high CPM?

for example…

Slaughterhouses in Europe. Is talked about how much the industry is growing and the nightmares which are happening inside. There’s a specific finance numbers, shocking facts about workers and immoral things made with animals.

Another example:

Topic is „crypto schemes“. In the whole video is talked about how specifically crypto schemes work. Starting with input about what are crypto’s, how scams proceed (Like Ponzi or types of pyramid’s etc) and smaller examples with Tiktok advertisement targeted for empty crypto Ballons at quick-rich scams.

I’m little confused about these things. I’ll appreciate any opinion or direct information about how these videos are sorting.

If the video is about money, it is not always classified as finance. For example; Gambling is fairly against YPP TOS, but it could be classified as Education or Finance

There’s no sense. I’m trying to understand based on what classification are made. They depends on something. I made a research, but can’t find any type of information. Any advice?
