Hello i got this message "Waiting for legal documents". What to do? It is serious?

Basically the Video you have uploaded contains copyright/dmca.
You have to send in documens to show a proof that you have the right to use the Video. If you don't have the right to use it then remove it or ignore it.

Just do as they ask and provide documentation, or they will take you to court, and ask for compensation and also claim you as their gimp.

I believe the video will just remain offline until you send in the documents. However i you Plan on continuing this i highly suggest you VPN or Proxy that doesn't log ip's
 
Hello friends...i got a message from xvideos ..one of my video waiting for legal documents...i couldnt delete the account..am i in trouble?am afraid of it.please help me guys

I've got 100's of those reports.
Don't worry nothing will happen. At 3 reports (strikes) your account will be closed. So... for long term accounts stop at max 2 strikes and get new accounts so you won't lose all the uploaded videos.

It's a scary word I guess, every time god damn time the IRS call me asking for $5k for legal issues or I will be arrested what do you think I'm gonna do? Get arrested? I think not. ;):rolleyes:
