Uploading has been disabled by default on all newly registered accounts so even if you make a new account using residental proxies then still you won't be able to upload videos. Only old accounts are able to upload videos.

why has xvideo done that , it a bit stupid for new legit users, don't sound business savvy.

People are already getting what they want, the users are watching those videos which are uploaded by old channels and old users, new users are only spamming their network and because of new users the videos queues are getting large and maybe that's why they have disabled it for a while and this will not effect them in any way.

Of course this was going to happen sooner or later, there are people uploading the same video more than 100 times a day, nobody wants to see the same crap, the low hanging fruit is over, the money will flow towards those who market better good news for those who are willing to put more effort in it..
They realized it was a cat and mouse game trying to erase the spamming videos, the repeated channels, so they attack it from the root, this will create a market for older accounts, verified accounts and it will push the low hanging fruit to the tubes who do not take measures to prevent it.
People need to promote this in a better way, need to improve their set up and their skills, not just uploading all type of crap in a mindless process that even a trained dog can do it.
