There are many easy offers available in adult niche where people only need to answer simple questions and so basically you get paid per click.
I'd disable images and video content for my sanity while browsing that site.

So how do you plan to do this?

Many people would pay premium via an SMS / credit card if you could provide such quality.
Large sites with adult movies turned straight rip offs in past years.
You can use that as an opportunity and charge more fair prices than other vendors.
