Xvideos as a traffic source for OnlyFans

I have an OnlyFans agency and I want to use Xvideos as a traffic source for my models. Simulate a series of “leaks” with the corresponding watermark and URL of my model to entice those interested in more footage to head over to the corresponding OnlyFans.

I was researching Xvideos and apparently there are two types of accounts I could create: the “Regular” and the “Channel”. I don't know if I dare to verify my account as a Channel yet, so I'll probably go with the Regular account that allows uploading videos.

The question is: does the algorithm make a significant difference between Regular and Channel account videos in terms of exposure and reach? Because when you register Xvideos puts a legend like “you will get much less exposure as a Regular”.

Anyone who is developing this strategy and want to share some tips?

I'm sitting back with a Regular account. I made a video, added a not so subtle watermark with the OnlyFans URL printed on the image and in the video description I put a link to beacons. Will it pass the censorship filter?

Hey, channels will have a bigger boost on Xvideos eventually. Regarding the watermark, it might get flagged sooner or later and they will tell you to change the whole video. 100% they will catch it, I have tried everything. Making it transparent, making it between videos, appearing for just 10 seconds, everything. They will catch it at some point.

Believe or not, I had over 300 videos on XVIDEOS when they went against OF and wanted all the watermarks removed so they clipped my channel and I had to edit all the 300 videos to remove the watermarks. Fun times

This method is called "porn reupload" and worked 7-8 years ago.

It is 2024. Such methods no longer work, sadly.

You could try an intro part or have a voiceover instructing the person to visit a link instead of a watermark

It's a good idea, but it's a little old, but I think it might work.

Xvideos will probably catch it sooner or later. That strategy worked a while ago, but not so much now.

The video received only 9 views within 24 hours, which is a clear indication that it might be shadowbanned or that the Regular account has very limited reach. For now, the video remains up without any notifications about issues or requests for modifications. I'll continue monitoring it to see if there’s anything noteworthy to report.

I’ve tried using Xvideos to drive traffic for OnlyFans, and honestly, it can work pretty well if you do it right. The difference between a Regular and Channel account is mainly in exposure. The Channel account does get more reach and tools to optimize your content, but I totally get not wanting to go that route right away. Starting with a Regular account is fine, but just know you won’t get as much exposure initially.

For your strategy, make sure the watermark with the URL is super visible. That’s key to getting people to check out the OnlyFans. Also, don’t forget to optimize the titles and tags, it really helps you get seen. And when doing “leaks,” make sure the content you’re teasing is tempting enough for people to click through.

Once you get the hang of it, I’d say try upgrading to a Channel account. But for now, test things out with the Regular account and see how it goes. Keep an eye on what’s working and tweak your approach accordingly.
