How do they explain to their customers what's going on? Because it seems that no one knows why their vps is down.

For the past month I've been subscribed to them, they haven't really explained anything. So basically, I just helplessly lost $4 of revenue for a particular downitme. And unfortunately I'm stuck with them for a year.
