I asked them why it says from etc etc... the replied:

Hello,
Your order is marked as fraud because your IP is located at Belgium and  in address you put US. So please re order and re register with correct  details.

But did you guys also notice that their website is freaking buggy, I tried to register but the Language always pops back to US, so It stupidly enough registered for US,... and NOW THEY ASK ME TO RE-ORDER or RE-REgister, WAT THE HELL man, can't they simply change it themselves??

I guess I am not the majority here. Xsserver.eu has been down allot for me lately. I got the $35 package. Navigating around is slow. Buggy...no shit. I asked for my money back and they refused. I have nothing good to say about this piece of shit server!

I can't say bad things about them, I got 35$ package and getting upload speeds of 11mb/s

My Upload speed on XSserver is very low today (right now), sometimes it's like 1mb/s , and next time it's 7mb/s.... why these high jumps???
anyone also having these problems?

Coupe weeks ago i received a complaint, seems someone was using my server to send out emails. Had to delete and re-enter all the emails and change passwords. seems to have stopped since.

what do you mean by down? i'm no xsserver lover, in fact it took them all weekend to upgrade my server from 35 to 95$ package (i also have another $35 server with them too) in fact i left my soon to be upgraded server alone the whole, time, then they complained that it had 42gigs and it'll take a while to move, so i ccleaner everything, got rid of all harver_session files and the total was 12gigs, then they still complained that they see 42gigs. this was on monday, i finally gave up and said, wipe my install, give me a new node, i don't care.
what do you know, 1hr later i have a 3gb 95$ machine.

but while this was happening my other xsserver vps was running 24/7 and it's been running 24/7 they haven't been down since.

so what do you mean by down?

in some weeks ago I was searching for a good vps to run my bots and I saw very bad reviews about xsserver.

I am ok with my actualy VPS but I need another one.

can you guys tell me if this issue is fixed now?

and you guys are happy with xsserver? what connection speed you get?

My recently upgraded VPS with Xsserver has been down for 5 hours already and I'm losing big traffic and revenue. I have been contacting their support to which I only got one reply: "is it OK to restart your server?" To which I approved, (although I already did try a restart already), then after that no more response.

I can SSH to my VPS, but when I run nslookup g**gle.c*m I get timeouts -- this either means my VPS is disconnected from the web, that or some of their servers may have been hacked and they don't even notify their customers.

I am disappointed that they are doing these to me who prepaid 1 whole year of subscription. I am going on my second month and this is really bad so far.

ALOT OF HACKERS USE BRUTEFORCES TO CRACK VPSSERVERS. , my friend brute 200 servers daily, you should use strong passwords

I recently closed my account with XSServers because of their service. I used scrapebox and after a certain period my machine use to hang. I hope they solve their issues before I try them again.
