Fuck this shitty ass XSServer.eu vps service my vps has been down for over 2 weeks and they haven't responded to any of my tickets and had the nerve to send me a bill lmao... every one should file a dispute asap with paypal I am. and get your money back they wont fight the dispute so you will win. XSServer.eu burn in hell you shit box.
filed a suit about 5 days ago and they still haven't responded. Gonna get my money back even if I have to bring them to court. If I was in Germany I would burn them down...

Tell u wat since two weeks my vps was closed today they opened and in few hours of time they closed again wat the hell is going on with xsserver.eu they went wrong completely !!! lol

Just fire them, they are idiots. They turned my server back on after a week, randomly, with no notice, I was just checking it ever day. Prior to that they said that I had been running xrumer (Which was true, the told me I could) and that i Would need to stop and have a new IP. Then several days after my server started working they replied to a ticket and said that I wasn't blacklisted and they had no idea what the issue was and that I didn't need a new IP. By that point I had my files off and am cancelling them anyway, but their right hand doesn't know what their left hand is doing.
They should get their act together, or just do us all a favor and go out of business. MY 2 cents.

Definitely give up on them, their answers to tickets are either silly or rude (often both).
I already packed my stuff and my vps is still running right now, and the next invoice is due in 5 days, so I'll keep using it for the 5 last days I already paid for, then I'll cancel it before having to pay again - and I suggest everyone does the same

Well they blocked my ip so i cant access their website and make queries to them so i changed my ip and msg them if they wont reply me this time i will open dispute in paypal !! no way i will leave them easily !! this idiots are eating peoples money !

Hopefully, they will refund the customer's last payment if they had their VPS or at least a pro-rated refund for the usage. If not, file a dispute with PayPal and you should get your refund.

My server went down like 3 days ago, i requested a reboot, and after multiple updates and opening multiple follow up tickets, i got a reply saying that the reboot has been done, and when i ping, the server doesn't ping, and i have updated the ticket now, not sure when i will get a reply. paid them for this month very recently too. sons of bitches have no idea how much money im loosing.
