If you guys get back on, make sure to get a quick backup, i.e. Dropbox or FTP and move to a different service provider. Good luck, hopefully you guys don't lose any data.
Assuming you paid with paypal: any chance you can put a dispute into Paypal to try and get your money back?
I only have 1 server with xsserver and luckily so far I haven't had no problems. I only use it for blog commenting though.

It's been a week since I paid the $10 for a new IP and still not set up instead they are sending me messages saying VPS rebooted check now, they are really starting to piss me off!
I think this $10 for new IP is just to make some extra cash before the end. If my VPS is'nt set up by monday I will be filing a dispute with paypal and I encourage everyone to do the same, that way paypal will see they are trying to screw people and we should all get our money back.

Mine have been down for like 5 days now I think. I've tried talking to them but only got one response "Forwarded your issue to the developer bla bla..".
I've already canceled next month payment, as it was due today.
I was lucky though, last thing I did was to get a backup with dropbox and when I came back the server was down.

Thanks for the order, it has been setup. We just use the same billing plugin as our control panel, though we have no affiliations with XSServer.
