I received the notice but was not locked out like some of you were. As others have experienced, my IP was in Spamhaus but from long before I ever took over and there was nothing recent because I was careful to always use proxies.

I cleaned out my VPS today and requested that my account be closed.

No hard feelings but I think it could have been handled better by giving everyone some time to ramp things down.

Like most things, if you don't like what's happening, make other arrangements and vote with your wallet.

HMA is good, there are a lot of VPNs, there is one advertised on this forum as wel..
and you can also find proxies on this forum all under the proxies for sale section.

I have a ticket in with tech support, billing and sales and I haven't gotten a response and am still locked out. I sent my first ticket on Saturday and no response so far.

I got this response this morning:

Your server IP was listed on spamhaus and stopforumspam due to lots of spam activity changing the IP will also not help, if you are not going to use xrumer or any blackhat tools on the server then we will enable the server else we will remain it cancel.

Still no access to the server. Anyone else?

This its pretty fuck up
they are only sending generic answers to clients
and refusing to set up servers
I have ask for a refund , i dont think ill get one.

I am sorry but even though its on a shared server your VPS still gets assigned a Unique IP to your VPS and its you who is responsible for spamming with it .

People dont get it. for any long time usage of servers you are better of using a VPS server -> VPN -> Elite Proxies so yur host doesn get any complaints and you can use it for ever.

there ar douches here that spam with the main server IP and get their hosts blacklisted effecting all their c class blocks. which hurts not only the entire hosting company but also ruins the experience for other users who had taken enough stuff to protect the main server IP from being leaked.

Exactly. You could be using the same IP and not be listed on any blacklist using this method.

I always used proxies with my xsserver VPS. For the moment it's working fine and I didn't received any message. But I don't want to risk. I already made a backup for all my files and I will move soon to another VPS provider.
