Xrumer Server Questions?

For what my techs told me..IF i rent an VMware server and slap on windows the machine has to be powerful! That being said I'm still on the search for Windows unmetered bw machines at a reasonable price. I have one of my Xrumers running on a windows XP so I'm wondering what version of Windows Server 2003 can it be run on? Standard Edition? Web Edition...?
I just got busted on server01.com ...some f'ing prick reported me. Can I PM you the mail lol.
When you posts the first time use proxy. After that use the same lists again and again.
By the way, I don't recommend server01.com. They charge insane amount of money for exceed bandwidth.
Snowwhite? How much bandwidth you use for xrumer per month? I have a hard time keeping it below 5 Terabytes.

I got at least 5 of those and I just ignored it
take note of the url of the person who reported you and remove it from your url database and you should be fine
One of the reporters didnt include his URL. I got another complaint from some religious board - I will remove his from my list. Planning to just spam the shit out of them with my own IP - serves them right to stfu.
I think for next month's of xrumer spamming I'll be using a server that eithers located in China, Malaysia or Philippines. They could care less about mail-spam, none the less give a sh*t about forum-spam lol.

and to answer the question of mtime:
i run xrumer 5.04 from home, i have two seperate 16mbs connections.
two ips, two dsl lines
Not as good as dedicated server, but ok for xrumer.
Each machine runs on a phenom2 with 8gb ram on vista64,
4 vmware winxp32 versions each with 1,5gb installed, patched for max connections,
of course limited two only 1 ip per computer due botmasters restrictions.
the reason for running it within vmware environments is simple:
more projects, different usage, refspam, blogs, forums and guestbooks
it is working on my end without problems.
if you dont have a good home dsl line, you should go at least with a vps with 1-1,5gb ram.
But my advise would be a dedicated machine...

How many links you busting out with your line bongo?
I'm just looking to rent one in malaysia and piss all of the forum-masters off. Who gives a damn lol.
I find that my dedi crashes when I set maximum threads above 50..At 40 it works 24/7 and
only reaches out to 140 links/min.

i run around 150 threads per virtual machine x8, between 600-800/m at all.
i am also forced to use proxies because adult generates a lot of more heat.
On a 100mb lan port your speed should be much better than 140!
Make sure you patch it if you run xp or vista! (vmware on linux machine?)
On a windows server there is no need to change anything...
speed depends on many settings, check the speed <-------> success rate.
The database is also important, did you optimize it?
Remove all dead links which do not resolve at all:
Tools -> Links Database Analysis
Search for "200 OK", Check "Content", mark "Check only header in content".
Having millions of links and removing a few hundred thousand links makes sense.
Just a few ideas...

Okay I ordered the stuff. Now I can't remote desktop directly even though I ask vmware to be the operating system.
What should I do?
Should I ssh? Is vmware already installed? What should I do for now?
I have been using volume drive for the past 4 months i had it running without proxies for all this while until i got trapped in a honeypot and they reported to my server ip i got an email from volumedrive i said i will use proxy and they were ok with it. Their support is excellent as well and servers are pretty cheap

I charge $220 a month for servers with unlimited bandwith. I own the ISP which means that if you do a WHOIS for any of my IP's (i.e. 212.235.92.182) you will see my email address in the WHOIS. So I dont care about webmaster spam complaints.
My servers are on the backbone in Israel. Our local laws only forbid spamming email, yet nothing in our laws are relative to forum posting.
Xrumer requires a large amount of download. My average machine is doing about 30Gigabytes of download daily (because it needs to download captcha .jpgs) which is sorta like downloading 60 hollywood films.

In other words, I start you off with 500,000 forums, blogs and message boards. These are not the saturated/spammed linkslist db's that Alex (aka Botmaster) gives you with Xrumer (that all of the Xrumer customers spammed).

All servers are on the backbone of a fiber optic network. I don't care what people do with the servers they rent from me, hence they are not limited to Xrumer. They can use it for bit torrent or whatever. All I ask is that you dont spam email cause it fucks my ip addresses.
I own the IP addresses of my network (I own the ISP) and thus if you do a WHOIS (for example) for 212.235.92.210 you will see my name (Daniel) and direct email address. So any forum webmaster who complains about forum posting gets to me !
I dont care about posting on forums - But spamming email will cause me to get on IP blacklists so that's really the only thing I ask that you dont do.
