Xrumer , how is their help?

i tried to ask them an presell question in two ways yesterday

  1. in the form in the site.
  2. in the email that in the site.
no response so far . about 24 hours was passed !
is it regular then working with them?

don't count on the support, because it's almost non-existence, use one of the forums

search for botmaster forums
 
o.k. done.

i get "awaiting activation....."

home activation will be fast ;)
 
i got response this "
Unfortunately your registration at Botmaster Support Forum did not meet our membership requirements. Therefore your registration was deleted."

is it so hard to ask them something ? very bad !!!
do i do something wrong?
 
There's an unofficial forum, you can try your luck there. Search g00gle for xrumer forum.

it looks like bad idea ! because if i spend so much time to try reach them so hard is a bad idea ! what happen then i will have a problem and not presell questions ?

Let me respond with a question: How is a nuclear war? :)

But honestly, the help file IS helpful. Together with the botmaster forum, some external forums and some reading here, there should be no problem to understand how things are working.

Yup Alex hardly answers any presale questions and you will never get into the official forum until you buy the software. The forum there is ok but mostly a sea of unanswered questions. Getting slightly better lately with a few active newbies but that kinda like the blind leading the blind and the 'unofficial' forum hardly any better :P What you wanna know anyways? I will try and answer for you.

Worst support on the face of the earth. If something goes wrong (anything) your SOL for days, weeks, possibly never getting a response. I just went through this after their last update and its been over 3 weeks I have yet to hear a response or resolution.
