Will a Xrumer blast to thousands of forums/sites that have a PR0 improve my SERPS?

there is nothing wrong with having low pr links, the problem is that the lower the pr the higher the chance of leaving your link on unmoderated forums full of "viagra", "porno", etc links. You don't want to have links from these forums to your WH site.
Use these type of links as a second/third level links
