xHamster now reviewing uploaded content

I went to upload a couple of videos this morning on one of my xHamster accounts and noticed that a number of videos which have been live for months have now reverted to ' in conversion'. Upon checking other accounts I have noticed that a large number of these have also changed from being live.

I emailed technical support and got the following response:

The content in question is undergoing additional policy and procedural reviews. This process might take some time due to the volume of the content. Upon the outcome of the reviews the content in question will be accordingly adjusted. I expected tube sites to follow up on PornHub's response, however not this quickly. Im sure other major tube sites will be doing the same in the coming days/weeks. Is this now the beginning of the end for porn reupload on tube sites?

It's said that one door closes and 100 more opens so don't think it's the end of porn reupload. We'll just have to devise some new way to reupload videos.
 
I noticed my traffic is dropped, not sure if is because xhamster changes
 
Anyway it was not possible to upload a watermarked video to xhamster so it was pretty worthless.

I uploaded more than 500 videos with intro/outro + watermark. Anyway, after this new review of videos almost all are deleted.
 
So the porn niche is finally undergoing a big overhaul.
 
Damn, where will we get a fresh supply of amateur porn from now??!! :D

I meant overhaul with the porn websites not ther business itself. But i don't know if local Japanese sites will follow USA trend or maybe the law is different in Japan so those sites will remain untouched

I doubt Japan will follow the USA trend. They have a loyal policy concerning this business, so I don't think that they will touch those sites. But maybe they will be more strict with anonymous sites and chats. There were a scandal in Korea with "Nth room". Very dark story.

I think it is the legal cases that are causing this ripple effect, these services don't want to be sued for sex trafficking etc.

That headline though. They are sure gonna have some weak employees after all these reviews.

Jokes apart, I complete agree with the legal actions against these sites. Trafficking/Child Porn is not funny atall. They did not deal with it, now the law is taking care of it... thankfully.
