Xbox One or PS4? Which do you prefer?

i have ps1/2/3 all hooked up to a 40 inch sony
been following the console updates for 2/3 yrs

xbox has left behind its broard game fan base opting for
a more open system less concentrated on games .

ps4 primary is a games console , ide say pre order 2 ps4's
sell them with mark up and put the money you make to
1 for yourself .. me ps4 all the way

I think they will make more than enough devices available.

Sony is tasting blood in the water at this point. If they drive through this window of opportunity with sufficient force, and make enough consoles available at that great price, they will convert far more xbox users than expected, and Microsoft will just about have to concede its console market (which it already clearly doesn't give a shit about).

PS will eventually compete with PCs directly in gaming. That will be interesting! edit: what am i even saying, they made a supercomputer out of PS3s. Eventually, a console will compete directly with PCs in every sense of the word. That's so strange to think about, what will even happen when that happens?

I'm one of the few who would still go with xbox one.
Main reason? I am an unconditional fan of the Halo series, and Microsoft has me by the balls for that.

FUCK YEAH IRRATIONALITY

But hey thats what vidya games will do to you kids

I Had both the 360 and ps3 and i mainly play 360 and prefer it a lot. I think im going to have to switch thou, ONE just doesnt seem up to standard.

I see no reason why somebody should buy the xbox one, but the exlcusive games. However that's 7 only games out of 500-600. I can live without that 7.

XBox One fucked a lot up this time round.

Always on Kinect? Ain't no one got time for that.
PC style game installation, locked to your account which you have to connect to the internet every 24 hours to play? Even for single player?

Now I don't care much about either of those things, but why would anyone in their right mind pay more money for a more restrictive and uglier system?

This all coming from someone who has owned a 360 for the last 5 years and thought the PS3 was bad.

However, the Xbox controller has always been far superior to the PS one. If they switched the d-pad and analogue stick around they would have a perfect system with the PS4.

While I might buy a PS4, luckily I've got a beast PC.

Xbox One's switch on the used game and "always online" thing have changed my opinion a bit, but still gotta give the edge to PS4. Lower the price to $399 and then we'll talk

I own a PS3 and I love it. So PS4 for me next year for sure.
I play both NA and JP games so a console with region block is a no no for me.

HP gave me a PS3 a few years ago & I use it for everything. No way I would go XBOX. I don't play games too busy doing this IM stuff.
