What causes extra blue tick actions to be received from X? I also want to buy extra premium, how can I do this?

My problem is that when I buy more than one, it warns me that "a premium account has been purchased before"
 
u gotta buy the subscrition. if it says u already bought one, maybe try clearin cache or use a diff acc
